Self Collection

When your order is placed,we will process your order and inform you when it is ready for collection.

Orders via self collection will be prepared by the next working day.  We will send you a SMS when your order is ready for collection. Please provide a mobile number for this purpose. 

Address for self collection is 2 Woodlands Sector 1 #05-05, Singapore 738068. You can also choose to visit our showroom. Only CASH / PayNow is accepted at the self collection point.

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10am - 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. 
  • Friday: 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 9pm
  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

J&T Express is a courier company. Their delivery rates start from $7. They also provide a tracking number which allows tracking and redelivery options. You wil receive an email on the day of the delivery to inform you that delivery will be made.

Singapore is facing a manpower crunch. There is no courier company in Singapore which can promise a 100% fulfillment of all planned deliveries.

On our end, we will need 1 - 2 days to pack your order. Standard courier service would deliver items within 3 working days. Hence, we can only promise that for orders sent via courier, it will reach you within 5 working days from the time you place your order.

The cost that we charge you is as charged to us. We do not earn a profit from courier services.

When is my scheduled delivery? We typically send out orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. From there, the courier would send you a text on the date and time to expect delivery.  However, this on on a best effort basis by the driver. In the event they are unable to make it, they would automatically reschedule it. Overall, we find that 95% of our customers would receive it within 5 working days from the date they place their order, as per our fulfilment promise. 

In-house Delivery

When we receive your order, your order will be prepared and you will be informed when delivery can be made. We will sms you one day before to let you know the time of delivery.

The charges are as follows.

  • Orders below $150, it will be $15 for delivery. 
  • If your order exceeds $150, delivery is Free.

Urgent Delivery / Specific Timeslots

Do you need your items:

  • urgently?
  • at a specific time or date?
  • have an overseas competition to attend?
  • only in Singapore for a short period? 

We are not able to guarantee that you will be able to get the product in time by courier, especially if the lead time is short. Hence, the only option you have would be to self collect or to request for urgent delivery. We will be fulfilling the urgent delivery orders ourselves, hence you can rest assured that the order will definitely arrive at the agreed timing. You can choose from these options. This is subject to availability.

  1. Same Day Courier (cut off at 2pm on weekdays / receive within 5 hours from final payment):Order directly via the website and choose "Same Day Courier", refer to fee chart below and pay the courier fee using Paynow or Bank Transfer after confirmation from our team.
  2. Same Day Delivery (Subject to availability): $50
  3. Next Day Delivery (Subject to availability): $30
  4. Specific Timing Delivery (2 working days lead time required): $25
  5. Delivery on Weekdays 7pm to 11pm (2 working days lead time required): $10
  6. Delivery on Weekends at available time (2 working days lead time required): $20
