Goal Balls have a PU shell which provides structure for full-court rolling.

This allows it to be used as a normal ball and also allows shock absorption on impact.

The jiggling of the 3 sleigh bells in the ball can be clearly heard through its 6 ports throughout the ball's entire roll cycle.
